Bob Dixon has been building in the south metro area for the past 30 years.  His commitment to excellence and attention to detail has earned several awards and accolades for him as well as his communities in Fayette County.  Some of the achievements include the following:

Chris Dixon & Associates, Inc.

 Chris, a 2nd generation home builder, started working with his dad, Bob Dixon, sixteen years ago when he was in high school. After he graduated, Chris started full-time for his dad, building custom estate homes in Country Lakes in Fayetteville, GA. In December of 1995 he was made a partner.

Chris is currently building in the Stonebriar Communities located in the city of Fayetteville. There are four phases of this development: Stonebriar, Stonebriar West, Stonebriar Place, and Stonebriar Park. Chris has been involved in the planning, development, and building of each phase. Stonebriar is the fastest-selling development in its price range on the south side of Atlanta.

In addition to the Stonebriar Communities, Chris is also building townhomes in Fayetteville's flagship lifestyle community, The Villages of LaFayette Park. Considered by many as the lifestyle of the new millenium, The Villages offer townhomes, village and cottage homes, and estate homes. There will also be numerous parks, a playground, a pool along with proposed retail space, restaurants, a grocery store, businesses, and a hotel.
Mike Harrell & Associates, Inc.

 Mike is an excellent hands-on builder from start to finish where he is involved with the construction of each home. Mike became a partner with Bob Dixon in 1993. Mike built in The Waterford on Ellis in Griffin, GA, and then in Newnan, GA, and moved on to being the sole builder in Blueberry Hill. Mike is now building at The Apple Orchard and The Villages of LaFayette Park in Fayetteville, GA. Mike was awarded Peachtree City's Builder of the Year Award in 1999. Mike was also the recipient of the Customer Service Award for being claims-free from the Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association.
